Double H Ranch – Digging Into Dessert

Online Competition

This year’s Double H Ranch Annual Gala will feature a one-of-a-kind Amateur Baking Competition. We are looking for the area’s best amateur bakers to compete for a grand prize of $4,000. Three finalists will be selected to serve their very own creation to Gala guests who will determine the winner.

Who: Contestants are amateur bakers, home cooks, non-professionals.
When: Three finalists will be selected to serve their dessert at the Double H Annual Gala on Friday, June 28, 2013.
Where: Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom Queensbury N.Y.

First Place: Golden Nugget $4,000.
Second Place: Silver Nugget $1,000.
Third Place: Bronze Nugget $750.

All recipes MUST contain an item off of Dunkin’ Donuts’ menu. Entry Deadline May 24, 2013. ONLY online applications accepted (video required).

FUNDRAISING BY FRIENDS – Chicken Bar-B-Que(3:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

Idle Hour Club, Rogers Island, Fort Edward

Support the Double H Ranch by attending a Chicken Bar-B-Que on June 8th, 3-7pm at the Fort Edward Idle Hour Club on Rogers Island. The event will feature a basket raffle and Chinese auction. Entertainment provided by Country Express, Phil Camp, and AIE.

Camp Challenge Ride & Run(Starts at: 7:00 AM)

Double H Ranch

Join us for this year’s Camp Challenge Ride or Run. Camp Challenge Ride: Cycle through the beautiful Adirondacks, choose from a 30 Mile or 62 Mile Route and receive NEW Fundraising Incentives. Camp Challenge Run: Run/walk the trails at the Double H Ranch, challenge yourself on a cleared/maintained course, not your average 5k – be prepared for hills and rocky terrain in the Adirondacks. Available to BOTH Ride and Run: Pre & Post event – held at the Double H Ranch, register as a team with friends, family or co-workers, your own personal fundraising web page, team apparel, lunch, music & celebration for all at the Double H Ranch.
