Double H Ranch is pleased to announce two leadership promotions that reflect the organization’s continued growth and deep commitment to delivering high-quality, medically specialized programming for children and families living with serious or chronic illnesses. Each year, Double H Ranch serves more than 2,000 campers and family members from across the Northeast, supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers and a team of 120 full-time and seasonal staff. These leadership roles are essential to ensuring programs run seamlessly and continue to make a meaningful impact.

Jacqui Royael, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With more than 20 years of leadership at Double H Ranch, Jacqui Royael brings deep institutional knowledge and operational expertise to her role as Chief Operating Officer. She will continue overseeing the Operations Department while strengthening internal systems and supporting staff and leaders across the organization.

Kate Walsh, Director of Camp Operations
Kate Walsh steps into the role of Director of Camp Operations after 17 years of program leadership, including 13 years as Camp Director. In this expanded role, she will oversee all onsite year-round programs, including summer camp, family programs, and winter programming.

Combined, Jacqui Royael and Kate Walsh bring more than three decades of experience at Double H Ranch. Their dedication has touched the lives of thousands of children and families across the Northeast and continues to help build a strong, thriving future for generations to come!
