Double H Ranch Welcomes Charles Day to the Board of Directors

Charles is a highly respected leader in the community and his expertise in risk management and crisis response will add important value to our organization. He has a deep passion for the mission and will dedicate his time and resources in enhancing the lives of our campers,” says Max Yurenda, Executive Director/CEO.

Charles Day serves as Vice President of Security Services at Albany Medical Center where he has worked since 2011. Mr. Day served more than 20 years for the New York State Police and retired with the rank of Major. Mr. Day states “I am thrilled and honored to be appointed to the Double H Board of Directors. I look forward to contributing significantly to the continued success of the Double H Ranch and advancing its mission and purpose.” Complementing his professional achievements, Day is active as a Board Member of the United Way of the Greater Capital Region, The Baby Institute, George Biddle Kelley Education Foundation, and Beta Psi Foundation. He also serves as the Co-Chairman of the COVID-19 Vaccine Equity Task Force.
