We’re excited to welcome several new team members to Double H! Each brings unique experience, passion, and a shared commitment to creating meaningful, inclusive camp experiences for every child and family we serve. We’re thrilled to have them on board and can’t wait for you to get to know them.

Residential Life Coordinator

John’s role as Residential Life Coordinator is a year-round leadership position focused on creating safe, supportive, and well-organized residential experiences for campers and staff across all camp programs. He oversees cabin readiness, transportation systems, SIT programming, and seasonal staff support.  John stated that “Double H has always stood as a center of growth as well as jubilation. I am striving to continue this tradition by providing care and support to camper and staff alike.”

Jonathan Gerth
Camper Support Manager

Jonathan’s role as Behavioral Support Manager is a year-round leadership position focused on supporting campers through individualized behavior plans, staff training, and data-informed strategies.   When asked about what Jonathan was most excited for in this role, he said “The chance to help our upcoming summer staff grow, supporting such a passionate group of people in providing the best camp experience for our campers”  We are lucky to have Jonathan as part of our program team.

Program Manager

Maddie’s role as Program Manager is a key leadership position focused on delivering high-quality camper and staff experiences across all camp programs. She is responsible for overseeing year-round program planning, activity areas, budgets, and staff supervision.  When Maddie shared what she is most excited for she said “I’m most excited to dream up meaningful and joyfully silly moments that spark ‘camp magic’ and leave campers and their families feeling truly seen and celebrated. ”
