Hello, Counselors and Volunteers!
Welcome back to Camp. For 25 years, our counselors and volunteers have made it possible for over 60,000 children to experience the magic of camp. We invite you to stay at camp and join us for a weekend-long event to reconnect with old friends, see what’s new at camp, and help us celebrate 25 years of providing life-changing experiences for our campers.

All staff and volunteers who have been a part of Double H in the last 25 years! All immediate family members of staff and volunteers are also invited to attend.

At camp! Double H Ranch, 97 Hidden Valley Road Lake Luzerne, NY 12846
When is the event?
The event will consist of a weekend-long celebration that will take place at camp.
- Friday, September 15th
Dinner and Arrival at 5pm
Welcome Campfire with S’more’s Bar - Saturday, September 16th
A fun-filled day of camp activities! Former and current campers will be joining us during the day. All camp program areas will be open and there will be a set schedule so everyone can participate. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided!
Dinner that evening and a Talent Show will follow! - Sunday, September 17th
Departure Day
Brunch will be served and we will have a closing event before people travel back home.

Where can we stay?
We will be opening up camper buildings for staff and volunteers and their families to stay on site and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. To sign up to stay on site, please complete the registration form below, followed by the short survey provided in your confirmation e-mail. It will be highly encouraged that if you stay on site a donation will be made.
If unable to stay on site or would wish to stay offsite, a block of rooms is available for you to purchase at Scotty’s Lakeside Resort in Lake George. To make a reservation, please call (518) 668-2467 and mention that you are with Double H.
How much is the event?
This event is free of charge to all registrants. However, a suggested donation of $25 per adult/$10 per child will help us cover the costs of providing this event and accommodations, and can be made by adding an amount in the “additional donation” box during registration below.
