Application Process

The 2024 Adaptive Winter Sports Program camper and family applications will be available in October. Please check back!

After the online application has been submitted, campers are asked to provide a current physical and immunization record. Participating family members are also asked to provide dates for their seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the program. Once all necessary information has been received, applications are reviewed by the Double H Medical Team for approval and offered lessons based on availability.
