Season Schedule

The Adaptive Winter Sports Program will take place on weekend days from January 14th through March 12th. All lessons will run from 10:00am until 3:00pm with an hour long break for lunch during the day. Find the complete season calendar here.

New this season, family members will have the opportunity to join ski or snowboard school for group lessons on these designated Family Days!

Double H is unable to provide overnight housing for participants this winter. Each program day will end at 3:00pm, including Family Days. To help with accommodations, confirmed participants will receive a list of local hotels that provide a discounted rate for Double H families.

 

Application Process

Application Period: November 2nd – December 12th
Notification of Confirmation: Early January and beyond

The deadline to submit the online parent/guardian portion of the application is December 12th. After the online application has been submitted, campers are asked to provide a current physical and immunization record, including a seasonal flu vaccine and complete COVID-19 vaccine series. Participating family members are also asked to provide flu and COVID-19 vaccine information.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the program. Once all necessary information has been received, applications are reviewed by the Double H Medical Team for approval and offered lessons based on availability.

 

Camper Application

Please thoroughly read the Before You Apply document to learn more about the program and the application process.

Return Applicants: If you have previously applied online, please use your email address and password to log back into your account and start a new application.

New Applicants: If this is your first time applying online for a Double H program, you will need to set up a new application account. Please find instructions in the User’s Manual.

    1. Login to your account and start a Winter application for your camper.
    2. Fill out each page in its entirety, then click “CONTINUE” at the bottom to move to the next section. This will save your progress so you can pause and return to finish the application at any time.
    3. Submit the complete parent/guardian portion of your application by clicking the blue “SUMBIT APPLICATION!” button.
    4. Check your inbox for an email that confirms we have received your application.
    5. Print the attached medical forms and bring them to your physician to be completed and returned to the Admissions Office.

Physical Exam Form

Once you have submitted an online application, the relevant medical forms will be emailed directly to you. If you need a copy of the required physical exam form, see below…

Camper Physical Exam Form – Required of all applicants. Double H keeps physical information on file up to a year after the exam date. If you are unsure if your child’s application requires an updated physical, please contact the Admissions Office.
