DOUBLE H RANCH’S 4th ANNUAL NAPLES GOLF TOURNAMENT

Escape the winter and join us for a round of golf at the prestigious Tiburón Golf Club in sunny Naples, Florida! On April 10, you will get a chance to play in a shamble format tournament at Tiburón’s famous Gold Course, home to the CME Group Tour Championship and the QBE “Shark” Shootout!

For this year’s event, all tournament registrations must be paid for in advance to ensure a contactless check-in.

The Double H Ranch and Tiburon Golf Club are working together to adhere to all CDC guidelines before, during and after the event.  To ensure the safety of all golfers, volunteers, and course staff, we will be following strict social distancing practices and we will structure the tournament accordingly.  All safety policies and procedures are subject to change over the coming months.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

PLEASE NOTE:   Tiburon Golf Club does request guests to wear a mask at all times when social distancing is not an option;  Exceptions are golfing, eating and drinking.

11:00 a.m.  

Self-Service check-in opens on the lower level of the Clubhouse outside of the Melbourne Room; Please purchase (cash preferred) your chances to win in our You-Pick Raffle and 50/50 Cash Split Ball Drop at this time as well in the Melbourne Room where you can enjoy a complimentary beverage at the bar.  The Driving Range is also open at this time.

12:00 p.m. 

Lunch and Welcome Reception begin PROMPTLY at this time;  please make your way back to the Melbourne Room prior to noon so we can begin lunch service and our brief program on time!

12:50 p.m.

Targeted time to wrap up the Welcome Reception and Lunch so golfers can be on their carts for a 1:00 p.m. Shotgun/Shamble start.

Other Important Facts

Scoring

We will be taking advantage of Tiburon’s mobile scoring system – “Golf Genius”
Prior to tournament, players are asked to visit the app store for your phone and download the “Golf Genius” App for your smartphone

  • Your required “GGID” will be customized for each foursome and will appear on the scorecard in your specific cart

Please note that only one person per foursome will need to actually track the team’s scores on each hole

You-Pick Raffle and 50/50 Cash Split Ball Drop

During registration will be your only opportunity to purchase pre-numbered golf balls each of which is good for one chance to win in either drawing opportunity

Golf Ball Prices (Cash only please) – 1 ball for $20; 2 balls for $35; 3 balls for $45; 4 balls for $50

You choose which raffle item(s) you would like your golf ball to be entered into

This year’s prizes include a round of golf at Tiburon Golf Club, a Sunset Cruise on Lake George (NY), a $200 Amazon Gift Card and a Saratoga Lake (NY) Cruise and BBQ

Drawings will be held at the beginning of our Welcome Reception and you must be present to win

After the Raffle, ALL golf balls will be entered into the 50/50 Cash Split Ball Drop which will take place just outside of the Melbourne Room just prior to the start of the tournament and you must be present to win

The 19th Hole!

Because the clubhouse pub will be closed by the time our golfers are coming off the course, immediately after the tournament we will have a cash bar set up in the Melbourne Room for those of you who would like to stay for a beverage or complimentary snack.  We plan to announce the winning foursome at that time (and by email next week).

Players are encouraged to arrive early to take advantage of the 20% discount at Tiburón Pro Shop
Golf clubs can be rented through the Pro Shop for $50 on the morning of the event

Two golfers will be assigned to each cart unless it is medically necessary for a golfer to ride alone; please notify Erik PRIOR to the tournament if this is a need as golf carts are extremely limited
