Each year, the Double H community nominates and selects individuals, an organization, or group that exemplifies the art of giving back in its purest form: volunteerism. We are thrilled to announce that nominations for the 2023 Volunteer of the Year Awards are now open.
Volunteer of the Year: Awarded to a person, organization, or group who has shown outstanding, impressive, or unique involvement with Double H programs throughout the year. They have volunteered in multiple seasons, programs, and events, and the experience of our campers and families has been enhanced because of their presence. They are dedicated to Double H’s mission and embody the Core Values.
Emerging Leader of the Year: Awarded to persons aged 30 and under who are shaping the future of volunteerism at Double H. They have shown dedication to Double H’s mission, embody the Core Values, and inspire others both at camp and in our community.
These prestigious awards have been established in honor of Ron and Kathy Phelps for their exceptional dedication to Double H Ranch and most importantly “The Kids.”
